Home Repair Income Guidelines
The Loudoun Habitat for Humanity Home Repair Program provides assistance to applicants who fall below 60% of the area median income for Loudoun County. These income guidelines are based on all forms of household income (everyone 18 years and older living in the home) including all forms of gross wages, SNAP, TANF, SSI, disability, child support, alimony, etc. Please review current income limits below.

*Maximum income amount is dependent upon federal funding sources for individual homes and may be lower than 60% Area Median Family Income (AMI) as set by HUD for the Washington DC Metropolitan Area FY2024.
Repayment Requirement: Home repair applicants are required to pay a small portion of the project cost (materials, labor and administrative project costs). The repayment amount will be determined by a sliding scale fee based upon household income. There is a minimum repayment amount of $50.
