Doug Fague, Construction Manager

Douglas Fague, Construction Manager for Loudoun Habitat for Humanity, brings a wealth of experience in construction management and a passion for making a difference in people's lives. With a broad background in the industry, Doug has worked as a commercial Engineer/Project Manager for 13 years before starting a residential construction company in Washington, DC. His focus on renovating and improving the city's diverse housing stock eventually led him to specialize in affordable student housing and rental development/management.

After a period as a Project Manager with Loudoun County Public Schools and a hiatus to care for his ailing wife, Doug found a higher calling with Habitat for Humanity. He is eager to use his expertise to provide a hand up to those in need and create a lasting impact on the lives of ordinary people. Empathy being one of Doug's core values, he is dedicated to making a difference in his community.

Outside of work, Doug enjoys supporting his daughter at her soccer games, gardening, cooking meals for family and friends, tackling home improvement projects, and traveling to less-explored destinations. Scotland holds a special place in his heart, and he finds inspiration in connecting with new cultures and landscapes. With a well-rounded approach to life, Doug Fague brings a unique blend of professional experience, empathy, and personal passions to his role at Loudoun's Habitat for Humanity.
