Bonnie Hill brings a unique blend of strategic communications expertise and community engagement to her role as Gala Lead and Communications Specialist at Loudoun Habitat for Humanity.  With experience managing large-scale events and developing impactful communications strategies, she is passionate about advancing the mission through meaningful donor relationships and community outreach.  In her previous corporate role at CGI, Bonnie led comprehensive communications initiatives and managed complex, high-stakes projects that required seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders—skills that translate directly to successful fundraising event management. Her experience developing strategic content and managing stakeholder communications has equipped her with the expertise needed to craft compelling narratives that resonate with donors, volunteers, and community partners.

Bonnie's commitment to community service runs deep, with volunteer leadership roles that span education, youth development, and addressing homelessness. As President of Armstrong Elementary School PTA, she demonstrated her ability to mobilize communities around shared goals, while her work with the Fairfax County Hypothermia Shelter reflects her dedication to serving vulnerable populations. Her volunteer experience with the Herndon High School Ice Hockey Club showcases her versatility in supporting diverse community initiatives.

A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing concentration, Bonnie combines academic foundation with practical experience. She has been recognized for her excellence in communications, receiving the prestigious Award for Top Merit in Corporate Translation Glossary from the OQLF.
